Based on what these images say, will this allow us to foresee the start dates for all incoming events? That would be nice. Here it says we have only a week after this event ends, until the next starts. Neat!

@4junk3000 - it's usually a week off, between events but if they plan to do 6 multi-act and 6 mini-events a year they need to skip the break twice.
I guess if you complete an event early it'll warn you that there's no week off when that happens.

Ok, what am I missing here? I just finished the main quest. Everything posted above happened. I click on the shattered dreams box and the menu just closes. Is this thing broken?

That's odd, @rockyb2006 - worked for me.
Just need to get some of those tokens, only have 2 tokens and I've got 12 items in my box, but not seeing tasks still !! I'd hoped they'd be a bit more frequent once I'd unlocked the box but nope

I even bought Truckasaurus II, which is supposed to give 3 tokens. So I should have at least 4.

And with daily challenges I should have a couple more. The box just won’t open…clicking on it just closes the menu.

Maybe they think you have too much 🙃😉

When my box opened, there were 3 items. I used tokens for 2, then the box closed itself. When I reopened, it was full of the non-unique items, plus that one leftover, which was a hologram bundle I’m glad I didn’t get.

I’ll pass on everything in this box.

The Sh!ttered Dreams box had the 2 pod teleporter and the holo bundle in it. Used my two tokens, and now the box is full of items from the future and says “updated with only non-unique items”. So good for those who missed these things in prior events, but overall underwhelming.

With my last token it came down to the useless holo bundle or Hans Mechman. Guess which one I got

So if you have everything from the past, you don’t get the box? I thought it would have new items.

I had everything from the past. I just used the 2 tokens to clear out the box when it first opened, and then once it reopened it was full of “non-unique items” all from past science fiction events, and everything that was in the box - when it first opened and when it reopened - were items that I already had.

Yep, great opportunity for newer players to grab some content they might’ve missed out on. It’s just another yearbook really, but with rationed tokens.

I only had Hans Mechman available to me and only one token so that worked out ok. Then it rolled over to stuff I already have but I have no tokens and really don’t need anymore of the repeats.

Based on posts in this thread, it seems the box will have items you may not have (only 1 or 2 items in the box). If you get those items, it switches to a set of old items you can then get again. Im guessing there is a glitch, since I had all items to begin with. The old items will never pop up for me since the initial box never had anything in it for me to get.

I'm finally on the outro in my A town so I'll see what happens when that comes up - think I've got everything so mine'll either glitch or be full of the reapeatables and I'll save the tokens anyway

^^ apparently I didn't own an Anti-Gutenberg 3000 or Kodos' Crashed UFO, so my A town did have items to start and the box worked fine.
