RECENT SIGN-ON ISSUE ???

I realize occassionally EA requires before you can play to tap on "EA Login " "If you have an EA Account, don't forget to log in." Problem now is if I enter my Email and get the code in my mail and enter it, I get "AN error occurred processing the login. Please retry". and, Continue (pressing this just brings up that same Log in error message !
I am 100% correct numeric number code was entered - have tried at least 6 different time today with no entry into my game. Anyone esle have this issue currently? Of course EA help is not available 7/2 to 7/5 per call I made : ( Not happy

    Is there a space in the back? If yes, the code will be incorrect
    Is it copy/paste or did you enter it manually?
    The code is only valid for 10 min - did you enter it within the 10 min frame?
    If that isn't it, try the following
    Go to ea.com and log in using your email and password. Once inside check that your primary EMAIL is VERIFIED and add an ALTERNATIVE email address and a real phone number (useful as alternative methods for security codes), then verify all your details.- Once you've checked everything, change your password to be less than 15 characters with only letters and numbers in it. clear the cache or uninstall, reboot reinstall let it fully download before trying to log in.

    Thanks for reply ! I don't follow with what you mentioned "is there a space in the back ?" I enter the code manually and in within a minute, I am going to go to ea.com and follow what you mentioned and see if that works. Happy 4th !!!

    I have frequently been asked to login, BUT instead I close app and reopen; and somehow it "finds" my ID token, so I can just tap 'continue' and move on.
    All my designs look unfinished because i can't place as many plants, streetlights, and fences as i would like. PLEASE REMOVE THE LIMIT, EA!

    I appreciate this help but nothing has worked. I think I know what MAY HAVE caused the issue: very first time I entered my previous birth year (off by 1 year), unfortunately after subsequent sign on attempts, that was not required or message to correct the error. I conntacted EA - that is always a long response time

    I encountered the exact same issue earlier today.

    The solution, although a little time-consuming, is simply to delete and then reinstall Tapped Out. Once reloaded, you’ll still be required to log-in and enter a verification code, but you won’t experience the processing error.
