Big Airport Bundle Issues

This bundle is huge and you have to place it in town first it will not just store. Also some people are not getting everything in the offer. This is the offer contents listed on the wiki
I myself only got 2 terminals not 3 but I did get 26 lights not just 16

I received the terminal, hangar, plane and 2 land tokens but did not receive any runway pieces or lights.
