Seems to control all existing halloween facades plus the new ones. Wish they did pink and white houses too.

Fyi: Does not control "halloween-ish" skins like wrecked courthouse, TP'd town hall, or destroyed Lard Lad.

Lights on houses turn on or off based on tasked or not tasked w a character
