Shattered dreams tokens

I must be missing something. I have shattered dreams tokens, but can't seem to find how to use them! Has anybody else got the same problem?

You can only use them in between events. You can only use them if there are items in the Shattered Dreams box that you don’t already possess.

I just got a token in the last daily challenge, but I can't find the shattered dreams box, even though I know there's lots of items in it that I don't have.

You have to wait until this event ends before you can use them again.

The box is available BETWEEN events. They have announced it every time an event ends, since its introduction
