Shattered dreams mystery box items

Once I'd finished the quests for the new event, I got the shattered dreams mystery box and had 3 tokens.
However, all that was in it, was 7 nature items. Despite that last time there were lots of random items I didn't have. Does this mean that the content of the box changes from time to time?

It changes with each event and has a different theme each time.

There's unique items offered first. If you have all the uniques they were offering it goes right to the box of non-uniques, which of course is always full.
