I rushed it. Sadley, you can't see them skate.
A generic couple skates instead.

What's the name of the skate task as I'm struggling to work out which task it is, cheers for any pointers.

I dont have any skaters, tapping just brings up its cash timer.

Well that really sucks. I had hoped to be able to at least see the Simpson's family skating

You have to task each Springfielder to skate. It doesn’t work like moes express or zombie sandwich. Task is 10 minutes so will be at top of task list.

Skating rink when active just shows two skiers.
I’m more curious on widows peak. Can anything happen with that?

How did you know that there's tasks associated w the rink? I really appreciate this info I never would have noticed.

@4junk3000 tap the character finder on just about anyone free and their jobs list shows a 10min task to skate - be good fun for long-time tappers to try and send all 600+ !!

I would never have noticed that job added to everyone.

I don’t like it though; I was hoping to see the assigned chars doing the skating, not these generic stand-ins. Boo-urns!

Since we already have a skating rink with random skaters, I don't understand why we now have another one. Was hoping it was going to be the Charlie Brown Christmas parody, with know children characters skating, or at least the Simpsons family skating. They made such a big deal gifting it to us and then.....

That would have been excellent! Aww they really dropped the ball here.

I already relocated mine.

It’s cumbersome and I want to know if it stays frozen all year. I’ll have to store it if so.

Yes, but it's not a visual task.
They go to the rink and disappear and two generic skaters appear and skate.

my point was that players should read the pop ups in the game and they may know about things in the game lol. Never was talking about it being visual

I can picture them doing something similar to the Audience Participation Research table that several kids can go to, and they're assignable FROM the table. One of the best items in the game I task kids there routinely

If they did something like @bluntcard suggested, it could have been super
