do you have a level 1 Springfield Is this your first access; need a little more info

Click "no" then "yes", that happened to me too because I created a second account when Origin had gone down, whenever I'd say "no" the second time it would loop back to the first question so I said yes & it let me go about my business afterwards on my regular account.

I'm Level 34. This is not my first access.

Did you delete and reinstall? Then you can log back in. Happened to me before.

Just tap "no" and tap "yes" create a new town. It has happened to me before. Even though you think tapping "yes" will create a new Springfield, it really won't. It'll actually bring you back to your previous Springfield.

Click no.

Click new.

Click play now. Then continue.

I know it sounds strange clicking "new" but trust me, it's the only you'll get your level 34 town back.
