New event today or tomorrow?

I'm pretty sure I've seen a post on here that said the new event was tomorrow, yet according to the shattered dreams box countdown, it's today. I hope so

Looks like it's tomorrow. Act 1 start date 12/04.

New events usually start on Wednesdays

All my designs look unfinished because i can't place as many plants, streetlights, and fences as i would like. PLEASE REMOVE THE LIMIT, EA!
