The new Billionaires building is not unlocking in road to riches. My rock and a hard place is also gone,and can't be recompleted.
Edit....found my road to riches. Guess we wait for a patch for the club to be available to work on.

I think you have to complete the event first before it unlocks.

My check mark for it is gone from the list, but the building itself is still where i placed it:

I'm having the same issue. Check mark is gone from rock and a hard place while that event does show completed. Billionaires building has been locked for what seems ages....

Also can't purchase anymore land for expansion with $$$$.

The newly added item has been locked for less than a week, BTW
