Glitch

Hi, I logged in today and found my town in such a mess. All my Christmas stuff was taken out of storage and replaced who know what. There were old task added to the game. My land and donuts that I did not mine yet are gone. Everything is just a bunch of muddled up c$&@p. Well one thing good was I had some extra donuts. How do I get everything back to the previous day.

Sounds like the dreaded top left character button glitch. At one point when it happened, the only solution in the end was to get EA to roll back the game to a point when things are fine.

How do I contact the support desk. I have tried everything on the site. I have deleted the game and reset it. Nothing had changed. I was at the top level 929? whatever the last level was and has put me back to level 762. Thanks 168sean168 for your response

I always email their support as I am outside of US. But I dont have very good experience with them and dreaded contacting them. I think US and UK ppl have the ability to call them directly
