Being at work had to do this quick but found a couple

i think they would only be temporary though, a bit like the zombiefied characters last year

Hahaha omg you just made me think of the show "Reaper" this guys parents sold his soul to the devil to save their own life so now he works for the devil capturing souls that have escaped hell to bring them back so he can earn his freedom and he ends up having to bring the souls to the DMV because its a doorway to hell on earth lol

We'll get all the character skins, but only Sideshow Mel's will be free or cost cash. The rest will cost Skeleton Bones, which will be the Halloween currency. To get Bones, you will need to visit friends and tap on three tombstones. You get three Bones for each tap, and there is no Friend Glitch. In order to get three tombstones for your town, you get one free for leveling up after installing the update and the other two are received after the 17th and 39th of the 107 arduous tasks in the Halloween update. Once you have all three of your tombstones, you can collect bones from your friends, and they can collect from you.
Each skin will cost double the amount of bones of the previous skin. It will cost 90,000 Bones in total to get all the skins. Since the Halloween update is 31 days long, and you can get at most 900 bones per day from friends, that means the max Bones you can get from friends is 27,900 Bones IF you spend 2,860 Donuts on the first day to speed up the first 39 tasks AND all your friends do the same.
Since you will be about 62,100 Bones short to get all the skins, you will need to hook up with Bone Buddies who will front you their spare Bones. To get spare Bones for yourself or to give to your friends, you need to send friend requests to random n00bs, friend them, take their Bones, then delete them from your Friends list. But remember to share with your friends because you don't want to get a reputation for bogarting your own Bones.
Once you get all the skins, you unlock the DMV building and Patty & Selma. You need to build the DMV before you can get P&S. The DMV will cost 180 Donuts and, for the first time, will also take 48 hours to build. At this point, you've been grinding for Bones for the past 41 days. (Yes, EA had to extend Halloween for 10 days because all the people who had Bones stolen from them complained that they needed more time to get the DMV and P&S.) Once the DMV is built, we can purchase P&S for 300 Donuts (150 for each character), but we'll find out that since they're twins, they will only have one set of shared tasks. At the end, we'll all be happy the grind is over and will look forward to a week off before the Thanksgiving update.
Oh, and those who hack will be done by October 4th and will be posting that the update was terrible and they're bored.
So that's my prediction for the Halloween update! How accurate do you think it is?
