I'm curious how you manage to place shrub on the fence what we can see on right side of the building?
i tryed to reconstruct this but encouncered a problem with this shrubs.
Cheers
That's easy.. one side of the fence can be hugged with anything so if ur talking about the white fence, he placed the part of the fence where things can rubbed up against it facing the apartments..or if ur talking about the iron fence, there is a gap between the fences and the sidewalk, but gap can't be seen due to trees and gazebo.

Actually i mean this
see the red circle, theres only one space between road and fence/shrub

Its pretty much applies to that as well what I discussed in the previous post...there is a gap between road and fence and due to the tree it blocks that gap..so the op was able to hug the fence with shrubs..but it stops one square away from the corner, but it can't be seen due to the cobble stones hugging the fence..if that makes sense..if not just pm the op and ask.

I understand what you are saying, but there is no gap between the road and the fence. If you actually lay out what he has built as shown in the photo, the fence is up against the road and therefore nothing should be able to be built against the fence including a shrub on the other side from the road. When you build what is shown, if there was a gap the fence would be further away from the road, ie more of the road would be shown and less of the fence would be on the road. If you lay it out you will see what I mean.
I see the same issue in the front left side of the picture, there is a shrub against the fence that is against the road.
I dont think it is photoshopped, who would go through that trouble, but I would just like to know how it is being done so I can do it too.
Ah..I see it now, now I'm curious as well as to how he managed that... now that i see its impossible, unless its a glitch, because photoshop is to much of a hassle.

Thanks
Any explanations appreciated.
