What items/actions count as graffiti/criminals under the Righteousness umbrella?
I don't think the new red bricks with graffiti written on them will make any difference to the righteousness category, they are simply for decoration (the info on the red brick is to improve your vanity rating) Action is required to get the conformity bonus up, such as your friends and yourself graffiting the school, police station, Moes tavern etc.
The rightousness rating goes up and down like a YoYo and appears to be bit of an issue with many players.
For example two whole days went by when my rightousness went to zero and then went straight back to 5* with the same amount of graffiting as before.
Not sure about snake, but Slideshow Bob has something to do with your righteousness rating.

I think you're right. Now that you mention it, I remember the Vanity rating on the bricks. Still I wonder about Snake.
I haven't seen Sideshow Bob in weeks. I see other players posting things about him missing or being (temporarily?) pulled out of the game by EA for some reason. Do you know nothing about that?
I'm having a issue with Consumerism. I get that you have to build more shops but all there is available is Kwik E Mart to build as far a I know.
There is a very strong rumour that EA had pulled Slideshow Bob out because of the crashes people were having.
He made a brief return after Haloween update for two to three days, but has become elusive again.
Thanks for the info, adruralo52! It was helpful
I don't quite get that either, warpt. However, I found that you can purchase more than one of buildings (such as the KwikEMart) to get your ratings up. Seems silly having more than one of any of the buildings other than houses to get money, but it does work.
