Winning is a rare event it seems. It annoys me that the dog's head never goes away unless you bet and then only for an hour. It's kind of an awkward shape and size too. Looks nice though.

Looks nice but totally lame. Has anyone actually won money? Its a waste and you get burned... They should at least give you a few * points..
Worse than a casino on the edge of town.

That reminds me, we need one in Springfield. A casino LOL

I am using Springfield Downs to try to loose money to get back down to $9.9 million. I am having build menu crash issues since hitting the $10 million mark, from reading another thread I found someone else had this problem due to the extra digit. They fixed it with a hack, but since I don't do hacks I am trying to loose at the track to get down to 9.9.

I have not kept a good record of the results from the start, but of the last 28 times I won 6 and one time was the long shot :x . I used to think the track was useless, but It is the only thing that I know of to spend cash without the build menu.

I find this building to be the "worst. building. ever."

I like the look of it and everything but I stored it in my storage bin because when I am on a rampage of collecting taxes from other buildings I constantly hit that one too by mistake, I will place it back in my town when I have more room to fit it somewhere where it wont get in my way.

I like how that damn dog symbol is always there so I never notice when quests are completed them. The odds of winning is the odds of EA lowering Donut prices.

Only ever won once and that was for the quest after buying it.

Back in the days the game didn't save fast enough after you do about 30+ actions such as collecting money from 30 brown houses. After I did that I went to place a bet right away and if I lose I exit the game and it never saves. When I win I would saved the game by going to the neighbour screen and then back to my town. I won every time doing this it it doesn't matter what the odds are so I always bet on the biggest payout. I don't know if it still works like this cause I don't have a 100 brown house farm anymore so I haven't tried it lately.

I've won four times on the first option and lost once. I also lost the one time I tried the last option.

Cant figure why they have it at $5000 for the bet.......$1000 is much more understandable and would make it alot more fun to wager. Hard to keep losing $5000 all the time.

MoopsDude, that's a hell of a problem you have there. Wish I had that problem too ha ha. Too bad you can't give friends money. To quote the game - "it's a social game for crying out loud!"

By the way, what about buying and then selling the most expensive building over and over again to get your money down? Might be faster.

I actually like it, I dont use it but landscaped around it and made it look pretty good, its like the Gas Station I have, costly but looks nice.

That was an excellent idea about buying and selling the most expensive building. Post Office sounds about right.

Nothing much. I've been keeping it in storage since I don't want it taking up valuable space. There was one point in the build-up to getting the town hall where I had to pull it out of storage so I could send Wiggum there. But I just stored it again once that was finished.

I've play about 10 times and only won once. The building itself isn't bad; but its totally rigged. Worse building in my opinion is house of evil. There is something about that little red building that bugs me.
