3. Blinky - I have not seen him or the waste contamination pop up in a river for months now....and sometimes I just stare waiting for him. I'de like to see him swimming around the pier and ocean tiles.


Hartman's characters Hutz and McClure would be 2 and 3 only if the voices could be used. Jimbo (should have been in over Kearney) and Lunch Lady Doris were both close #3s.

Also, just wondering how people want Bleeding Gums since he's dead? I wouldn't mind seeing him in "cloud form"

I'm worried that Blinky and the waste barrel won't come back, that would be a shame!
