it will not delete your town
your town is stored on their servers
remove and reload the app

Thank you Maxxspider. It worked. I've never had this problem before so I've never really had to do that and I wasn't sure if it would delete my town. Especially with all the threads about lost my towns! I appreciate it thank you!
