A lot of the same house only looks tacky when they are bunched together. I don't see a problem as long as they have some kind of yard and road connecting to them.

I completely understand that a whole bunched up houses look absolutely terrible. but I decided to go with the farm build. It does bother me that I have to scroll like 5 times to get to one side of my springfield to the other with just houses.
Its not much of a secret but it surely is for me.

I am using Pure Pink Houses- $75 every 3 hours
And I have I think around 100 or more~ not sure. So every 3 hours I am making around $10k.
I stilll have to do the exact math and all.

But I think the plan for me is to earn so much money (i need $6 mil for all land upgrades) and in addition of all the vanity items to then build my town the way I want. I think my mentality is to make money so later I could have the luxury to still do what I want

But I personally enjoy having the luxury of earning tons of money. And the thing to remember guys, this is your own personal town. You do with what you want with it. so dont judge to hard. I think its really fun making this kind of money, its my personal preference

I have a ton of blue houses and brown houses and have done so to get as much money as i can so i can buy all of the buildings and land. I do plan on having it all go away and build up my town eventually. All of my new land is over 50K. I have started slowly to build roads and make it more of a town as my land expands. I have also bought all of the premium items so i needed room for that also.

Balls to it I'm going to build me a farm, I want to get all the ground bought so I can build zones better

I've decided to do the same now I've hit level 23 and its $200k for the library for example.

I've just started the build on 80+ Blue Houses. It'll return nearly $40k daily as harvesting every 8 hours is easy enough. Should give me enough to build up more land and get levelled quicker.

I've built the farm on the one side of Springfield and kept my existing town exactly as it was. So it's still looks OK. I'll do a full remodel once I've got everything.

May not to everyone's liking, but its up to me how I play the game I suppose. At least I'm not hacking the game!
