Not positive because everything on here is speculative but deals on donuts with Gil have only shown up at Christmas and Whacking Day so far. We may not see another till December this year.
He'll probably show up on the 15th or 20th of the month to scoop up the people who haven't spent donuts yet. No way they'll bring him out today or even this week. They want us to pay full price for things.
