Thank God. I may be in the minority, but I do not like Krustyland. I like Squidport a lot because it adds onto my Springfield I've spent over a year with. Krustyland takes me away from my Springfield. I don't want to go away.
I don't mind them throwing Krustyland a bone every now and then, but for the most part I've been kind of ignoring it. Still haven't finished the last quest for the roller coaster (ugh so many tickets) so it'll probably already bleed into my Halloween a little bit.
They've been updating so fast lately that if you aren't a really dedicated player the quests all start overlapping.
The biggest reason to finish the KL quests (build the ToothChipper & then have Bart ride it) is the tickets-to-cash conversion. I pop into my KL once or twice a day just to grab my tickets so I can max out my bonus, then I will start trading every 30K for the 100K cash. Not as fast as a house farm, but I think its worth it.

I'd hold onto tickets unless you really need th in game cash. The amount of land in KL is disproportionate to the amount of rides... Makes me think there'll be another update with more rides. I hope

Oh I agree 100%. But I'm not in a rush to build more KL stuff. I'm gonna buy more land there because there will be Halloween stuff to put in. Gonna build a "Halloween-land" section to my park. Just sayin that while we may not get as many updates for KL, at least it has a secondary function which makes paying attention to it worth the time.
I kind of neglected KL a bit. I made my Springfield look nice, but I can't seem to get tickets quick enough in KL to build it up to something decent. I wouldn't mind a Halloween KL if there are new rides to improve the park.
Since I am only level 15, I hope not, but that is a selfish answer. HAHA. For rest of you, it would be cool. If I could get the items and store them for future use, that would be nifty.
So, since I have both platforms, I have taken a slower approach to my build in KL on my Android (just started building my chipper). But I also do not spend as much real cash on that platform for this game, even though I do on my Oregon Trail American Settler.
I was not visiting as much, and the tickets after a few weeks were earned organically and with sending people on tasks.
My iOS platform I have taken a different approach, and I try to fast track all the limited edition items, and get my tasks completed early. I also have extra cash there....
