How to fix grandpa/cletus quests!

How far along are you in the game? I think that the game is not glitches and it is set to do this when you are at the end if the "quest tree" as I call it. The only new quests I have yet to do are with premium characters I haven't purchasd yet. I have moleman and squeaky teen voice and their quests Re done

How is buying or obtaining premium characters fixes the grandpa/Cletus tasks?
I have certain premium characters, Moleman, Squeeky teenager, Fink, Otta, Hank, Duffman and kang, but the Cletus and Granspa Abe looped quests continue unabated. (I am capped at end of level 23, before the cap there was some relief)

Hans Moleman is not the fix. They still keep coming if you have him or not.

The repeating quests took a break in the weekend, but are back today..

Also after I bought the 4 baloons there hasn't been any thangsgiving assignments..

This isn't a fault or issue, it's what happens during a wait period, for example, you have a task to build the retirement castle or what ever building is next but you are saving up for it. You won't get another task until its done, so the programme repeats a number of smaller tasks in the mean time.
