I have an Krustyland quest that she and Nelson do. When I click on the part for Nelson do you when I am in regular springfield the screen goes to him and I see him walking around. When I click on Lisa's the screen does a very quick green flash where I see the thumbs up sign that the quest is done and then the screen just goes to wherever I tried to do it from and Lisa is no where to be seen. HELP!

Re-instal. Hopefully that will fix it... Hopefully...

Just deleted and reinstalled and still have the same problem. I think I'm screwed...

How about storing every building and tree possible (apart from the Simpson house). That might flush her out from whatever glitchy thing she's in. Store everything you can I guess.

Also, only keep one square piece of road so that she automatically hones in on it.

I can't guarantee this would work, but it could be worth a try.

Finally managed to grab a screen, When I click for her to do the task it shoots over to her and then jumps back to the actual playable area of the map.:

Same thing happened to me, but with Homer. In mine you can see him for a split second before he disappears.
Looks like these characters are getting stuck under the map.
Any help would be appreciated.

On my game Lisa, as soon as I set her the trick or treat task, decided to go tunneling underneath the mountains at the top of the map, and now nothing I do will bring her back out.

This won't be any comfort to you, but I am glad it is not just me having this problem. Makes a fix slightly more likely.

Hey, I've got the same problem, Lisa is gone missing while trick or treating, Nelson was missing too but I just stored and replace his house, can't do the same for Lisa. My town is way too big to store and unstore everything in it, any news from EA on the matter ? Or have they been abducted in the Gingerbread House (which I don't own yet) ?

Long time lurker here! I don't usually post but I am also having this issue. Lisa was sent trick or treating yesterday and have since acquired the ancient burial ground quest. She has since finished her task but she is no where to be found. I try to locate her by pressing the "Do It" button but it takes me off the map.

I'm on iOS 7.0.2 on iPad 3rd Gen/iPhone 4.

Any suggestions? Please help!
