Big problem with the Game

Yeah, definitely sounds like a software or hardware issue with your phone. Do any other apps or games on your phone have problems?

Since it's likely an issue with your phone, EA may not be able to solve the problem. I'd suggest taking it to a local Apple or Android store (depending on which device you use).

It´s the only app with this problem. I even restored the iphone to the initial apple configuration, downloaded the app again and the problem didn't disappear.

I googled this and it seems that a lot of people has this problem, but no solutions yet

Have you recently changed your password? Cause I had this issue when I changed my password.

no... didn´t change anything, i think it started with the IOS7 or a few days relier, can't remember.

I erased the app again and i´m downloading once more the Halloween update and even with this actualization it kicks me out to the iPhone home page

I have had this problem of booting me with apps like facebook and instagram on ios 7 but not simpsons.
