Will limited time only Halloween items last after the Halloween theme is over?

They will stay forever. Trust me, I've played throgh every update since the original launch.

only thing that will disappear will be the gremlins if you feel that you want to buy some for some reason

Yeah, all the purchasable stuff will stay, even after Halloween (except the Gremlins, as mentioned).

But the buildings, alternate costumes, decorations, they all stick around. I've had my Bad Dream House, and all the other buildings from last year's Halloween update for almost a year now. Also, you can switch to the Halloween costumes, or other costumes, anytime you want, even after the holiday is over.

So yeah, no worries, it sticks around.
