I saw my Nelson... went up the mountains and off the grid. I thought I lost him, then I force quit the game and reload it and he was back doing his trick or treat task. Not sure if this helps.

marge came with moe's tavern. try placing it in storage and replacing it back in springfield. she should reappear.

My Lisa is missing as well. Same deal: she was trick-or-treating, and vanished at some point yesterday. I also posted this in the Bugs & Issues sub-forum.

I have noticed that my trick-or-treaters tend to wander around houses and that they are very difficult to find. If you have a block of houses away from rounds, or even a block of houses with no space between them (a house farm in example). I thought Marge was missing but when her 16 hour task finished I found her in a house farm I added in the new land, just standing there. I couldn't see her but I could see the thumb.

Just got this reply from EA. good to know that they are aware of the bug. Now only a matter of time before they fix it.

"I have just investigated the issue further and have come to know that there are many players reporting the same issue. So we have informed the concerned department regarding this and they are working on it. So it is just a temporary issue and will be resolved on a urgent basis."

Thank you spankyKALX. I suspected this was the situation, but it is VERY nice to have confirmation.
