IN MY OPINION... (no right or wrong answer lol)

tap on them, get the goo...
if you leave them, that's less goo for you BUTTTTT not only that, the rest of your neighbors won't have room to place them in your town so it effects others too.

I find it super annoying when I get 10 neighbors in a row that are ALL full. -.- lol I know not everyone can be on every 4 hours but dang... haha

If you don't tap you get nothing and that neighbor gets 4 but it's more goo in the long run for everyone if you tap them so there's room for more to be released
