how can i increase the Righteousness rating?

I don't think Snake affects the righteousness rating. The rating does periodically reset to zero. I've noticed I receive half a star each time I clean up graffiti so after 10 clean ups its back to 5 stars.

Now that the toilet paper and eggs have gone, you have to wait until your friends spray paint some buildings. The righteousness rating is the most capricious, so expect it to go up and down intermittently.

It always irks me when I return to my town to see that someone has tapped the shops and brown houses but not spray painted my school, Moe's or the police station.
