Just logged on to do end of night neighbors and things in my SF.
1) could not unhaunt buildings in my SF so I went to visit neighbors
2) every neighbor was maxed out on gremlins so I could not place any (I understand not being able to in some, but not all)
3) after I visited a neighbor and exited to go to neighbor list, it would bounce me around on my neighbor list, so I never came out where I left off.

The 3rd one happens to me all the time.
To add to the list: Half my characters and all ghosts are fixed in one place. They will not move arround, for example Legs and Louie just walk in one spot protecting local stores and what not. Others involved: bordwalk performers, maude, all zombies, abe, bart...

1)That third one happens to me constantly. Twice I came out of a friends town and got pushed past the "add a friend" at the end.
2)If I'm in a friends town and place a gremlin (when the camera follows the one I placed) and the window pops up saying "thanks neighboreeno" it gets stuck.
3)I've had my vacuum get stuck on in my town
4)My husband plays and when I visited his town it said he was full on gremlins, but when he went in there were none. I've heard that it would remain that way until the person/people that placed them log in to claim them. That's kinda crazy considering they may not log in for days...or ever. Eventually it did revert to zero.
6)I've had the game crash before I could collect goo both in my town and neighbors town and I don't get credit for that goo.

This happened to me too! I had a random neighbor show up , that I never accepted or sent a request to, Treefrog6. They were level 5, I deleted it. A couple hours later I was doing gremlin drops and I had another one, Treefrog32, also level 5. Deleted that one too. hasn't happened since, but it was pretty strange.

My Try-N-Save was showing a haunted animation but it refused to be unhaunted until I stored it and pulled it back out.

And I have had the game put me on a random page on my neighbor list every time I exited a neighbor's town so I was never where I left off.

You got that bass ackwards. When you place gremlins in someones town you can not place more gremlins in their town until they have logged in. Even if you wait more then 4 hours, you must wait until that person enters his/her town before you get the chance to put more gremlins in.

Edit: Also, sometimes I have 100, then 98 friends, then 100 friends again. I haven't added any new friends since the beginning of this latest event.

I have noticed when I get bumped to another section of my friends list, it will shuffel the order of some of my friends.

1) missing Snarling Zombie
2) characters not moving
3) characters missing (I have to put buildings in inventory then put them back to retrieve characters)
4) characters walking on water
