Lol. I assume this has been mentioned elsewhere but when visiting a neighbour and they have no gremlins and you have only, say, 9, you can place ten if you click fast enough. Furthest down I've gotten to is -4.

Also say if you pop a ghost in a friends town and it drops a gremlin you can place the gremlin before picking it up and it will say -1 till it's picked up
