Haven't gotten it either and as far as I know nobody else has.

Sorry to disappoint but I did it. I cant think of anything special. both had completed there tasks and bothe were free.

If I know it was special I would have taken a picture. The two merge together for the task and I though I had lost one of them .

This might be the problem. I got Kang last year and finished his quests back then.

I've done the task itself several times, but never got the prompt with the dialog that is supposed to go with it.

hmm... I got Kang last year too ... could be it, but weird. Maybe it'll come up eventually.

I got the quest task to do it, but I didn't get Kang last year.
