I can't play my main town, Help if you can?

Update on origin website, I log in and it no longer shows Tapped out on games I play the list is empty. Did EA delete my game :shock: This is really getting me angry

    It's your neighbor Indy here. Your town is still there. Just checked it. Still level 35. Open a ticket with them. Pm me if you need help doing that.

    EA is horrible with customer service. I send them a detailed report and they send me back a standard trouble shooting email that I already told them in my detailed report I followed every step already and had no luck. I even told them I read over a dozen reports from others having the same issue I am and that it's not my device cause I can login with other accounts on my device. What's the point of sending detailed reports if they don't actually read them?

    yes TWO other devices. Plus on my device I tried other accounts which are working

    EA got back to me with the SOP your issue has been transferred to a senior blah blah blah. Well I guess I won't be playing the game anymore. It was fun while it lasted

    Got a reply from EA today:

    Your case was escalated to me today. I sincerely apologize for the extended period of time it has taken to respond to your case. My name is Vivek and I am now your Specialist who will be handling this case from here. We are working to create a better support experience by responding in a timelier manner. I thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this process.

    Kevin, please check if you are able to play your game now and let me know if your issue has been resolved.

    I look forward for your confirmation.

    So in other words 11 days and they've done NOTHING and despite my message to them yesterday asking for a status report they were unsure if I am still having the issue. I HATE these people

    I messaged EA today since they still won't respond to me:

    "Day 16 now and still nothing. A lot of my donut buying friends have already quit the game out of anger of what has happened to my game and I can't even argue to get them to re join the game as long as I still have no reason to tell them. You guys have awful customer service even as you don't like to respond and make it seem as though you don't care."


    If by Nov. 1st they don't fix it I'm quitting completely

    I just wrote to them AGAIN since they won't get back to me:
    I was fast to respond to every message you guys sent to me, I wish you guys would show the same courtesy to at least let me know you have been receiving my messages. Instead I've heard nothing and seen no results. I understand there is a free gift to players who log in tomorrow only and I STILL am not able to get into my game. Can I get a status report to at least know you guys are working on it? I have been patient and I have been very polite but this is ridiculous.

    Pretty sure I'm never gonna get my town back. I HATE that they have made me hate this game since a few months back I loved this game. 8 of my friends (including the 1 who got me playing) have quit due to my issue and they were donut buying players even. This sucks

    I'm having the same problems too. Every time I log in, the app crashes. I tried rebooting my Ipad and downloaded the app over and over again, but nothing changed.

    The problem is with our Origin account.
    I have the same issue, I can't log my account on any device, but I can log other accounts on my phone.
    According to one of my friend, my town is still listed as being in Halloween mode, even after the latest patch.
    They better fix this soon!

    Im stuck at spinning donuts also and then crashing back to phone menu, the problem I have aint due to origen account. I can still play my town on my old phone with Android 4.2.2 but not on my new with android 4.3.

    Yes I can load small towns also on my new phone just not my heavely build main one, dunno what versions of Android you are using. I would like to see a person who can play a heavely build town on android 4.3.

    If this has any chance of finding the true bug you guys should report what phone/OS you are using when it worked and when it started to fail. Or what other changes you had like update for the app itself.

    Also I found it strange that my old phone had like 200mb total of the app and my new phone uses nearly 500mb.

    Holy crap on a crutch! I just started having the same issue. I can log into the town I made for my son, which is level 17, but my town which is heavily built on level 37 won't let me in. Same thing, after the tap to continue message appears, the app crashes and goes back to home screen. Uninstalled and downloaded several times to no avail. Very frustrated.

    A good year's worth of playing this game down the drain. Bravo, EA.

    with more people getting the issue and more people quitting EA is gonna lose their loyal customers but they don't seem to care

    31 days now and I stopped contacting EA 9 days ago. I am so sick of this

    I have this issue as well, I went on the day after the Halloween event ended, and it logged and was still Halloween, went out then updated game via the store and since then can not get on goes to the tap screen bit then goes to load and then crashes does it on both my galaxy and ipad, again I an also log in and play with other accounts. Just my account not working :(

    Ok this is clearly a joke to EA. They STILL have not fixed my issue but now they sent me an email asking me to rate their customer service with a survey. I'm done, screw EA and this game, I'll never do business with them again

    ADVISOR: Thank you for contacting us again.

    I agree that crashing of the game after making a transaction can be quite annoying. We are aware of this issue where our TSTO customers are experiencing game crashing issues while purchasing the “Golden Scratch-R” ticket. After this crash, there are chances that you may not be able to log in to your land using the device you used to purchase the scratch card, but you will still be able to log in from other devices.
