NEED Quest Help with bart cruso part 3

I'd say build the Library. It's listed as a partially related task, and makes it seem like this quest appears after the library is built. If not, build the truffle.

You are correct, you can ignore the premium character's quest lines. With Halloween, only so many characters can trigger quests and only so many tasks can be available. So in order to trigger other quests, you need to complete main line story ones. So the library and the Gilded Truffle are main line ones, I'd try to get those built.

The problem is trying to build the library...I cant do that until after i can get the quest from Bart after i built the treehouse.

Are any of the premium tasks able to proceed? Or are they all stuck? Whatever ones you can start should be started.

The game appears to limit how many characters can trigger quests. So if Bart triggered Otto to work on the bus, then get that one done. Basically it will come up once quests Bart started are completed.

Still nothing. I cant think of any other way to get the quest to trigger. guess i wont be going very far in this halloween event if i cant get past this. Stupid bart not triggering is the first problem i have had though. So i guess in some way i should be happy.

Aside from blowing up my whole town or storing EVERYTHING, is there anything else that can maybe help trigger quests?

So your taskbook only has tasks that can't be started since they are waiting on a building, which isn't triggered to build?

Did you let the other tasks complete? They have to be completed before a new trigger appears.

Going over my book i am down to 5 tasks now. They are all "build x and complete y".
I seen elsewhere that burns reading from the necronomicon was a requirement for building the tree house. i never did it but got the quest for the treehouse. I tried getting burns to do that and see if it triggered but it was a waste of donuts to speed up. Following the walkthrough that is stickied, cant access the other one i seen linked on the forums, the next quest should be bart crusoe pt 3.

Is my whole task book at the moment. I have been trying to fix it since last night. figured when most of my other characters finished at noon today it would fix itself but no luck

anyone stumbls across this with a similar issue. I deleted the tree house, stored the power plant. Then unstored the power plant and burns finally offered his "light reading quest". waited for it to complete and rebuilt the treehouse and FINALLY bart offered the bart crusoe part 3 quest

Wow that was messed up. I guess with all those premium quests maybe something got fuzzed up. Either that with that modification for only a limited amount of story line quests had something to do with it.

Glad you got it figured out though.
