However, if you mean the tower with the radar dish and no. 6 on the side, this is the Channel 6 Worldwide Broadcast Mast and this is a premium and will cost you donuts.

But if you mean he building with the telescope on the top, this is the Springfield Observatory and again this is a premium item that costs donuts.

Theres a weather station under decorations right next to the Worldwide Broadcast Dish and it says that theres a quest associated with unlocking it. You will find it there. And yeah Im trying to figure out when it unlocks.

Well I stand corrected, didn't realise that one existed!, so thanks for the heads up.

Still showing as a quest and I'm on lvl 23 so not sure, will presume it comes along after the Channel 6 building is built and I have yet to build Krabappel's appt.

I haven't gotten to that point yet... Kent Brockman is still doing some undercover reporting in my Springfield, but The difinitive quest thread (http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/9043283.page) by Simpsons00001 has the quests listed as

Yea, it unlocks through Kent Brockmans tasks. Also after making the YouTube video task from
Kent, make sure Grandpa is free cuz he triggers the weather station task telling Kent Brockman to bring back the weather

At the moment nothing, tomorrow should see the conclusion of the Fat Tony quest line. After that I reckon we will have to wait for the update on dec 5th for any more levels unless anything is released after thanksgiving straight away (I'm hoping the might have a sale for Black Friday)
