No task to build the library

I'd say empty the task book. Only so many tasks can be triggered at a given time for certain characters. They locked this up during Halloween, before all/any characters could unlock numerous tasks. Now if there's 2 jobs for a character, they won't trigger a new job or quest even if they aren't involved with the one they are supposed to be triggering for another character.

I am with the same problem, but I cannot empty the task book, because the tasks I have demand for buliding a library.
