EA's "Customer Support" Response about missing Homer

Homer has his own treehouse, hmm news to me :D

    That letter sounds fishy. Aside from the fact Homer doesn't have a treehouse, the grammar is terrible and it isn't even close the being the same letter I received about Lisa. It's more than a little odd.

    It's more than fishy. It's ****. I lost Homer for over a week and filed a ticket with EA and their response was nothing of the sort posted above. On a better note, Homer showed up possessed in my town this morning!!! Got a long list of tasks for him to do now! :D

    This doesn't surprise me.

    I filed a ticket about a dead Springfield in my friends list that doesn't match with any username on my Origin friends list and doesn't come up in Search. EA's first response was "I can understand you are having some game crashing issues". Failing grade at reading comprehension. The second reply was, "I can understand you are having trouble adding Android users on iOS." Another failing grade for reading comprehension!

    Third response finally escalated the matter. But still...this is what happens when you farm out customer service to the lowest bidder.

    Good luck getting someone who can pay attention.

    I stand corrected! My apologizes!! I just never had seen a response like that from EA. The ones that I have recieved were the typical standardized emails. Again, my apologizes! :)

    I also apologize! Who knew "customer service" could sink so low. Guess I gave EA far too much credit. Sorry!
