Sometimes this is because you may have loads of friends requests pending, which can slow down your device. Go to the Origin Download website and log into your account and delete the pending requests http://www.origin.com/uk/download this may help.

Also is your device memory almost full? you may need to delete so stuff to free some memory up.

These are just pointers not saying this will fix your problem but cant help but to try

Thank you, I do have tons of pending requests I have not been payng attentio to, I will try that when I get home! Fingers crossed.

my friends list doesnt even load. it stops at the loading screen.

my friends list doesnt even load. it stops at the loading screen.

mine crashes out of the game and can't delete the pending friends via origin
