Jimbo for 120 donuts too much???
You should have the option "maybe" in your poll. Atleast, that's what I am voting.
I think it's priced too high, so I'm surely not buying it now. But perhaps later. Therefore, maybe.

But this time, no one is mistaking Jimbo for being two separate characters... Overpriced for sure. As was Sherri and Terri. They were actually even worse. No voice, and if two-in-one, they should pay double of normal premiums. They are two characters after all? Something should defend their pricetag.
Nothing defends Jimbos pricetag...
But the pricing is getting bad. If Jimbo came with a building or some kind of decent decoration, then the 120 price tag would at least be worth it. But as a solo character with nothing added, it's insane.
I know the devs look at the boards from time to time, so hopefully they can see all these negative topics about Jimbo's price and decide in the future not to charge so much for premium solo characters that are voiceless
People like you are why nothing's going to change.
Can't complain about a price then go and purchase him. If people are buying prices stay the same. and prices won't change until stop buying.
I have $125 in iTunes credit I'm saving until either a Gil sale or I get desperate. "Getting desperate" means limited time characters I MUST have. I've been stingy so far - hoping that my current 293 donuts will hold me through Christmas (or until a Gil sale)...
1. Decline in sales. People getting together and not buying high priced characters. This has to be a united thing. A few people on a message board ain't gonna do squat.
2. EA reading these boards and seeing our complaints and constructive criticism and re-evaluate their pricing
Also i just cleared out a lot of dead beat friends. So send me a invite.
Sure you have the right tocomplain but...
1. I don't believe it has to be a group effort. Each individual that decides for themselves that they aren't willing to pay the asking price is one lost sale. Each person that buys it but opposes the price is just another sale for EA, they've got your money, they no longer care if you think its worth it. According to the poll, over 60% on the forums don't think he's worth it and aren't buying him. Thats a pretty big group of individuals that decided on their own that he's not worth their money. Its a little hyprocrital to say that the only way things will change is if there is a decline in sales yet you're still buying.
2. Once you say "I bought him but..." EA is only hearing the sound of the cash register.
You're forgetting that we're only a small group here & not everyone who posts here has voted, not to mention the millions of people that play the game & don't visit the board. So if 100 of us didn't buy Jimbo, that isn't sending a message to EA. Because in all honesty, lord knows how many people outside our little forum purchased him. Our little community won't make a dent.
The way we do make dents is by expressing ourselves here. It's been proven that they do read what we say & I'm sure they take that into account. So if they see how much people are disappointed in Jimbo's pricing, then perhaps they will take that into account and won't charge so much next time.
And only 74 people voted that they wouldn't buy Jimbo. Let's see if those people stick to their guns or crack. Remember, people change their minds all the time. One can say "This is outrageous, I will never buy him at that price" a week later, Jimbo is walking around their town.
