Lol what makes it better is that's what I'm doing. Scanning the forum with the game open on my phone waiting for task to complete. If I feel like it I might bother to do some actual work today instead of getting paid to play TO and browse the forums all day.

This forum saved me from the Burns Monster. I have been addicted to it ever since.

Sigh. I think I might be the only one who thinks the burns monster is neat. Small size and brainless actions remind me of a gecko.

This forum is becoming an enjoyable element of the game, but it's always game first, then forum.

I thought I was the only one! The way his head goes back and his tongue wiggles (and of course the sound he makes) just cracks me up. I've said before, I feel like it's almost a prank EA pulled on us. He's unsellable and hilariously terrible.

The combination of the game itself and following this message board has created a fairly large time consuming entity for me. I am realizing that I need to cut back ..... a lot.

It easy enough to get addicted to the game and then coming here is like holding an AA meeting at A bar during happy hour.

    Lol.

I check the game first and then hang out here for a bit. When I was lurking (October and November...I was scared lol) I used to come here first to read the bug reports and server woes. It saved me so much frustration because ya'll were my guinea pigs lol.

I definitely consider this forum part of the game now.

Lol I so hear you on that. Although the game is a first for me, shamefully I was here Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, not to mention all the days in between too!!

You lot are like my extended Simpson family :)

Pleases don't let any of my 'cool' mates hear me say that....

I'm with you 100% here, I have to keep my Simpsons friends and my real life friends seperate. If my real life friends knew that not only was I addicted to a game about the Simpsons but I wrote on a forum about it, I would be caned without mercy.

This is very much a guilty pleasure for me :)

My husband is too cool for forums, games, or the internet (beyond work related stuff and fantasy football....of course *eye roll* lol) so he always looks at me like I'm crazy when I have to log in every hour to complete tasks and then come over here to check the forum. Yes, it is definitely something I would never speak about with my RL friends because they would also look at me like I've lost my mind.

But....yellow tinged people are so much fun!
