Kind of a mixed bag for me. One issue I had was that I was being constantly notified about a failed donut purchase due to the game crashing. EA put 20 donuts in my account for the hassle and the notifications eventually went away. The second one was when I purchased the Lisa Statue of Liberty and after placing it it promptly disappeared never to be seen again. Even though I placed a ticket with EA I never heard back from them on getting those donuts back or replacing the premium content. Even after several update requests they have yet to make it right. As a result, no more purchasing donuts for me.

I've gotten 15 donuts for my Lisa missing ticket, and 5 donuts for my missing Goo Bonus donuts
My SVT had gone missing, plus I had a second one due to the glitch of him being in KL and getting a MB in SF. First one told me "Unfortunately we are unable to restore the In-game characters" and offered to compensate me for my mystery box purchase. I objected. My ticket was escalated.
Second person has offered me 35 donuts as compensation. And my first SVT is back.
HOWEVER, I have yet to see these 35 donuts.
I am finding their help desk to be a little on the rude side. IDK if it's a language barrier or what. They sent me a link to a survey in one of their emails. Maybe not such a good idea on their part.
