No, that's not something they did. The most gift giving is like dropping gremlins in ur friends sf.
I like the idea though

Great idea!!!
That would work, as long as rare or 1-time items cannot be exchanged. I also think it would still have to remain as decorations, and ones used with the currency and/or in game cash. Since even a 1 donut item would have to have a % bonus, and then people will create towns to abuse it as well. So there might have to be a level cap to get around it.
I also think they would need to show you the neighbor that gave it to you. Since I'd love to give back what I receive.
Yes def they shud show who sent the gift. The items don't need bonuses or anything like that or any way to have an advantage of sumone that dosnt have one. Just the fact that sumone has spent donuts to gift you something. Thought it would be a nice Idea. They don't even need to be that expsensive just enough so it has a value that sumone had to spend somthing to gift sumone. And the free items to thank all other neighbours for being neighbours.
Why not allow items in the inventory box to be dropped off? You buy it, place it in your inventory, then drop it off into someone else's inventory.
Plus they may still be busy with Obama Care. Considering the testing done on Obama Care and the testing done here, it may well be the same programmers.
LOL!
You are bad.
EA programmers are much more competent than Obamacare programmers.
Merry Christmas everyone, may you all have a wonderful and safe holiday time
