updated my IPAD mini (via Itunes update) NEED HELP

Hi neighbour-eeno,

You should try deleting and reinstalling the app. Your account is saved on EAs servers, so you will not lose anything.

    I did that and it keeps telling me that my other device didn't save your springfield. Please sign into that device before playing...Now what do I do, I have only ever played this on my ipad mini

    That is a comon occurrence. Select continue and then what ever allows you to proceed (OK or Yes?). In most casses it means, that the last few taps weren't saved.

    thanks..all better now..one sometimes panics for no reason.. :)
    however the initial problem still stands...the game still freezes after about a minute of playing it. :(

    Sorry, I can't help you there. You could try sending a support ticket to EA, but that can take a while :(.

    Edit: You could try downgrading your iOS. Just google how to do it (I don't know how).

    thanks for all of your help. Last night I filled out a form and submitted a bug report to EA. Had a response this morning from them (not automated) but luckily I don't have the problem anymore.
