I've been ignoring Kodos for ages now, it's not that bad. You just get use to him flying across the screen every now and then lol

He'll even fly into Krusyland but Leaves immediately when he sees the conditions of the rides

While I have him, this is pretty much the reason Arnie never gets put on certain tasks. The thing flying around bothers me, and I seem to always end up clicking on it..

At least Kodos doesn't get in the way of your tapping, like Arnie does. I hate that stupid helicopter!
