Strange... Try Storing your houses to see if that works...

If it doesn't, try uninstalling and installing the game again.

I tried those. It actually is the timer is restarting everytime I ever Springfield. So far I notice it in the downs, a couple houses, fort sensible and the Buddhist temple. It is very strange.

I have the same thing happening to me. I have tried everything I can think of. And my Ft. Sensible is gone. Like disappeared gone. UGH! So if you figure it out let me know please. I'll do the same.
