Cancel task without storing a character-Yes!
I hate when I accidentally put Lisa on a 24 hour task instead of, let's say a 12 hour task and then I can't cancel the task.

Some good ideas - I especially like the auction idea, though there would have to be separate auctions for players w/ different levels. E.g. A level 10 player would have nowhere near as much cash as a level 36 player.

And stop limiting roads, water and concrete to the 4x4 grid.
And make concrete at least 2x2 wide, if not 1x1 wide... And add others besides concrete, like dirt and cobblestone or something.

I would't put dirt and cobblestone in... we don't want to turn Tapped Out into Minecraft

IF you have Character locater then you don't really need to know if they are in Krustyland or SP. Another suggestion to find untasked characters was a MOB gather button where all the untasked characters would gather at town hall (torches and pitchforks optional).

I would have reservations about the auction idea. Not because it would be good for players but because it would attract Hackers. Once you can trade items within an MMO game; Hackers now see a way to sell those item to players who will not follow the rules. This has ruined many MMO games I have played.

That's a good point, would having the game choose the item and players cannot auction off items they have help evade hackers and cheaters?

Also the 2x2 cement and grass is really needed agree with that one. Not sure if we need any other terrain though. Maybe a dirt path but really dont care if we never get it. Maybe a 2x5 road title too

I love all of your ideas. They are almost exactly what I think as I am playing. One thing is I think we should get an edit page when deleting item. That way we can see exactly what and how many items we are getting rid of and make sure we didnt tap something by mistake. I have lost so many things by moving or storing large amounts of items. It makes me sick to think about all the items I lost by accidently tapping. (Cause we all know how tapping is so pin point accurate this game is...)

It would be great to have one tap to collect all the money on the screen, instead of tapping each house or character one at a time.

yes, we don't want tapped out to become minecraft, but a kind of sidewalk without needing to put a road would be great, and maybe some kind of different grounds, like the one from that patio table, but this is not a priority.

I would absolutely love to be able to turn off the fast forward with doughnuts feature. I clicked on quick e mart and accidentally hit fast forward while I was going for the free scratch card and by the time I could get back, my doughnuts were gone. That is the most stupid feature. I've done it a bunch of times.

do too know hat we have a donut confirm buton right? You go to the buying menu and there is a little "i" on the corner and there there is the donut button confirm option, I am not sure if you know that and that you made the mistake with I or not, so sorry if you already know.

It will collect itself automatically if you just leave it for about 10 seconds.

A way to communicate with neighbors would be great. Even if its as little as being able to leave a 20 character message per 24 hour visit cycle. Not everyone uses the forums.

I agree, I can barely find my characters when they are behind buildings and I'm not even finished the game yet!

Hey everyone :) just a fun little topic that we could discuss a bit
Everyone talks about what items/ characters they would like next but
I started thinking about some features that could be added or things we have been
Desperately needed to help add to the enjoyment of the games.
So outside new items, characters and buildings what features would you like to see and which ones need to be added to the game ASAP!

Here are a few of my ideas

    Top needed features

    1. Character locater - I understand the premise of the finding the characters as part of the game but with 60 plus people walking and buildings they can hide behind (don't get me even started on if your using a small screen on how hard it is to find people Maude is the worst) and this could even be added only to people in higher levels as it might be useless pre level 15/20

    2. Select multiple items - how bad is building a fence and you're one square short, more wasted tapping time

    3. A krustyland list in springfield (and vice versa) when characters are there and what tasks they are doing - this may be just me but krustyland crashes so much in my game it's hard to keep checking it just to see who's done or what. Plus if they add a 3rd map to help avoid sf getting too big and unable to handle so much space in one town.

And some I would like to see one day but isn't needed right away

    1. Selecting two items to swap - I hate moving a big building across town only to find I need to move on item a square over, so being able to pick up and move something while u hold the other item still.
I understand storing things but I hate resetting the buildings clocks

    2. Cancel task without storing a character - actually I'm surprised this isn't already a feature.

    3. Filling up the tasks lists or debuting exclusive or more task times for a character - I just want more 6 and ten hours tasks. It's also weird to not have tatums one hour, Ralph's 4 hour, marges 10/ 30 minutes lisa losing her solo 8hour but rod/todd have theres, nd rich Texans 4 hour it Just seems to be small pattern breaks without them

    4. Optional tasks with options you can choose to change the outcome - start adding diversity to people's towns, like for example by choosing homer to drink at moves over dining with marge you get flaming moes skin or a new building or something. People who collect every item might not like this idea but this brings up..

    5. Springfield auction! They can put up a few rare items every so often and you bid with people with game money to win!
That would be fun, maybe click once a day and you and x (say like 20) amout of random people get to bid on whichever item is selected at random. Good chance to rerelease one time items.

These were just a few ideas I had I liked, no idea if they are even possible! What else would you guys like to see? :)
    Great idea!!!!

It's been suggested multiple times, but some kind of organization for your friends list would be nice. I'd settle for just alphabetically over this random mess.
