You did not get the Mayan god because it was not necessarily a part of the Halloween update. Rather it was a episode tie in. Now as far as the Thanksgiving balloons go, I have no idea whether they will release them or not for purchase by donuts

Yea, but now I'm unable to finish character collections all because I'm an android user. That's unfair to a whole majority of people.
