Do you use 3D effects in your town?

Wow that's really neat!. I can see myself allocating a zone to modern art when I get a little more land.

Another thread I'm eagerly watching...

I made a hill for one of the houses in my town:

Thanks! I'm actually designing a pit for my town now. I'll post when it's done. I've also made a maze if anyone wants to see? Not really 3D though. X

Some very imaginative features there, well done! The only 3D effect structure I have created so far is a pyramid in my Mayan Doomsday countdown section of town :)

Not my best work, but I made it look like my prison has a rising gate at the front fence:

That is great you should share a picture!
I have two pyramids as well, trying to simulate the Teotihuacan ruins.
First I made the Moon Pyramid

Then I made the Sun Pyramid:

The house on the hill looks very cool. For that matter, most of then3-d pieces are fun to look at. I doubt I would incorporate any of them in my own Springfield as they wouldn't really fit in with my personal design ideas.

Aww man I love the hill house idea. If you don't mind I might just use that with my springfield sign and try to create an area for my observatory!!!! I'll post a pic when I've saved up enough lol.

    Those are really cool.

In my town square, I have three hedge pyramids, with the three Thanksgiving balloons I've collected in the center of each pyramid. It appears that Santa's Little Helper, Blinky and Scratchy are floating at the top of the pyramids. (I think I need to adjust Scratchy)

I'm still on Level 15 so don't have a lot of room for cool things - waiting for the power plant - but I have ideas. I have 22 brown houses doing work for me - is that considered a farm? I don't know how you play this game without them if you don't want to spend money. The rest of my Springfield is going to be awesome and when I don't need those houses anymore, poof. :)

Here is a photo - be nice: PMVqD.png

    This game is super-addicting.
