Cracker is the equal to "The 'N' word" when used by a non-white to reference a white person.
VERY derogatory and RACIST and has nothing to do with "poor white southerners". ("Poor white southerners" is just what the ones that use the term want you to believe it is all about while they laugh at you for believing it.)

No, it's not.
It's derogatory, but certainly not on the same level as 'N'.
If you call someone a "cracker," you're saying something rude about his/her background and upbringing.* But you're just being rude, the same way as if you called someone an @$$hoIe.
If you call someone a n
, you're using a term that was used to degrade, dehumanize, and enslave a people, and by extension, participating in that mentality.
(*I say this as a white male who was born in and has lived all but 2 years of his life in the south.)

Agreed. I don't recall ever seeing photos of community picnics, with families gathered around to enjoy the spectacle of "poor rural white people" being lynched. Whatever pains the poor whites went through, festive community lynchings were not included.
USA/UK Race To Throw Country Into Utter Chaos = TOO CLOSE TO CALL
well it could be worse; I was on a forum where you couldn't type computer. It seems pute was an obscene Korean word; I never understood how it got from the Korean script to English script

One definition:
Cracker, sometimes white cracker or ****, is a derogatory term for white people, especially poor rural whites in the Southern United States.
Its cause of Apple clear hatred of baked goods
Why would the name of Homer's mother be censored?
Ah could be that
Mine neither
maybe because I'm in Canada? I've never seen anything censored like that before and definitely don't have any restrictions set on my phone.
Ask Rachel Jeantel if that word is derogatory
