Still can't access the game!

Me too! No connection at all last night with the 'Ongoing maintenance' message, I was able to connect first thing this morning but now it's just booted me out and I'm getting the same error as you whenever I try to log in. So frustrating!

ugh IKR! it's been like a whole day now that i haven't play, and to top it off one of my other games had a similar problem for the whole day! these gaming networks should totes get resolved.

And to add insult to injury, it now tells me I've tried to log in too many times (twice in the last half hour).

I can keep it running fairly reliably on my iphone (but just now disconnected me again...) but my ipad keeps crashing and giving me connection errors either at the Bart screen or the sign in screen..

VERY aggravating!

After several attempts, I was able to get in to my Springfield this morning, my town is back. My quests aren't where they were, but whatever. My triffids died lol. BUT! My rollback started with two random golden scratchers and I got about 35 donuts from them, and I still have those. I wish I had won more lol!

Yeah same thing here...

I was able to access the server. So I clear both cache and datas from the app.
Had to download all the updates than to login.
On the warning "game not save on an other device" I took the chance to continue and ignore the warning.
Finally got my town back

logged a job with EA and they came back with the usual crap delete the app reinstall do a hard reset really helpful as if I hadn't already done that! They said if that didn't work to give the all the specs of my iPad and they will escalate the matter... Based on the fact it seems a lot of other people are having the same issue they don't seem to have a clue what the problem is
I can't get in on my phone or iPad but can get in if I login on my husbands iPad and he hasn't bought any scratches. I also keep having to put in my itunes password all very fustrating think they need to look there rather than my iPad specifications

ugh yeah now i'm getting the 'Origin network can't be reached' error message. annoying!!! :evil:
