Thanksgiving / Lisa issue

    I'm having a similar issue, but My Lisa is stuck in her Sacagawea costume. I can't get her back to her normal outfit.

    I'm also having the same issue, Lisa can only be in here costume if selected from the tasks. I have done the normal reset, redownload, tried different device, forced sync and still nothing. Also checked inventory nothing in there.. Annoyed as everyone in our house has her fine.. But me..

    I'm having the same issues with this. Originally I couldn't get the Thanksgiving event to start, but after a restart of my devices it popped up. However, now I can't get the Sacagawea Costume to show up unless Lisa has a quest. I only show her normal outfit and gymnast outfit. Playing on iPad and Galaxy S3. I've tried restarting devices and uninstall/install of the app. Issue persists on both devices. Origin ID: ladyamalthya.

    I am having this same issue, my new Lisa skin has disappeared. Don't know why or where it went.

    Right so since the rollback I've been unable to play the game, I then un-installed it today and re-installed it, update was done and I was able to log on. Now facing another problem with Lisa who was in KL on a task from over a week ago, Lisa has a new costume in the inventory BUT when I go to use it a message appears "I have to build the Simpson house first before Lisa can be used". Hmm well I build the Simpson house yonks ago and have Lisa for yonks....very confusing.

    Is anyone else having this problem? If so have you/has it been resolved?

    What ever is causing it PLEASE FIX!

    Ditto, no costume, and can only use her as a part if the quest line. No costume in inventory. Tried logging in from iphone 4, 5, ipad 4, galaxys3 and a developers android emulator just to make sure my game wasn't just corrupted only on my phone.

    I am seeing the same thing, costume isn't in inventory, Lisa only has the costume when there is a quest task.

    Well guys I submitted a help ticket with EA. All they could tell me was this is a known issue and they are "working" on it. So in other words we are all boned!

    My Lisa is stuck in her Sacajawea costume and cannot go back to regular Lisa. Just posting here to be official.

    App Store update and still not fixed. I know this is not as severe as the people getting locked out after purchases, but I think it should be fixed before the event is over. If not I doubt it will as the majority of people have bigger fish to fry.

    Its day after thanksgiving and I'm still missing this skin. It's not in my inventory. Any one find a fix for this? Any news? What is the email address to put in a ticket? Thanks

    My costume disappeared at some point after the Thanksgiving quest. :cry: I would like to have that back. I hoped with the last episode tie-in I would get it back. No luck though. Maybe for Christmas.....

    I do not have Krustyland, so that couldn't have been a factor with my disappearance. :?
