I think it's definitely a possibility but no one knows for sure yet. I'm hoping this Christmas is like last where we can choose what we want to purchase with our Christmas currency rather than like wacking day and this Halloween where we had to tap all the time!!!

There will be new stuff for Christmas including characters, buildings & decorations.

However, Barney & the Bowlarama will stay at its current premium price.

No. I can't imagine they make him available for special currency. He has already gone premium and EA made all the Halloween special currency items that returned as donut purchases. So unfortunately for those that missed out last year, you will have to use donuts for him.

Nope! So far all items that were given with event currency have returned only for donuts. As for what platform will they use for the event I'd say that it depends. Christmas and Valentines day had items you could actually choose from but they were unlocked in a specific order so it's similar to way that gave us they buildings, character and skins during Halloween and WD.


Now if only EA was working on an update for my game to stop freezing and crashing....

He is available now. Just for donuts. They won't change him back for holiday currency because he's not a holiday related character. Plus there's no guarantee the holiday currency this year around will be Santa coins. Last year's Halloween currency was Treats. This year is was Goo. For all we know well have candy canes as currency for this year.

My point is that if you're holding out on Barney being available for holiday currency this year. It won't happen. He is available all year round but for a premium price

I just hope this Christmas Gil will me made a permanent character and they add Lindsey Naegle to buy with special currency/premium and the Yes Guy premium/special currency.
